2024 Vintage Cellar Hand Position
Dal Zotto Wines is a family owned winery located at Whitfield and Cheshunt in the King Valley, north east Victoria. With 105 acres under vine, Dal Zotto concentrates its efforts on Italian varietals, especially Prosecco, for the premium wine market.
Position Description
- Vintage winery operations – additions, transfers, crushing, pressing, fermentation procedures, truck loading, barrel filling and cleaning, Grape receival forklift driver
- Laboratory – Conduct laboratory analysis juice/wine
Cellar Hands required for vintage 2024.Commencing 1st February 2024, through to 1st May 2024
May be required to work 12 hour days, six days a week.
Prior experience and forklift license an advantage.
Prior cellar and/or laboratory experience is highly desirable, and specific job training is provided for individuals.
