Victorian Salami Festival 2024

Thank you Salami Army for another fantastic festival!
Congratulations to everyone who entered their salami into the competition. Overall the entries were at a high level and the judges were very impressed with the selection.
This year, all salamis are scored and then awarded either a gold, silver or bronze based on their score. The highest ranking salamis are then all tasted together and a winner is decided unanimously among the judges.
