Another Successful Victorian Salami Festival!
What a day! The 2025 Victorian Salami Festival was another huge success — a celebration of community, craftsmanship, and of course… cured meats!
A massive thank you to everyone who came along, entered their salami, or joined in the festivities. The passion and creativity on display from our salami makers continues to blow us away each year.
