Dal Zotto Wines are looking for a full time Wine Club Manager to take our La Famiglia Wine Club and direct customer experience to the next level, working alongside the site manager, digital and events teams to promote, grow and manage the customer experience. Our cellar door is the heart of the Dal Zotto brand, where people discover and connect with our wines and story, and this role aims to integrate the on-site and online experience for visitors and wine club members.
This is a full time position, based in our Whitfield office and cellar door, with the flexibility to work some days from home. Weekend and public holiday work will be occasionally required.
About the role:
- Managing the execution of a quarterly, high volume wine club across customer communications, dispatch and packing
- Customer service lead for DZ business - managing the administration of online and wine club orders
- Working with marketing team on wine release calendar and promotions
- Working in website back-end, including database management and inventory basics
- Managing all customer-facing systems for wine club and cellar door
Essential Attributes:
- Superb customer service skills
- Attention to detail and high levels of organisation
- Microsoft office skills and the ability to learn new systems – Vin Creative, Australia Post, etc.
- Basic wine knowledge, but more importantly a passion for wine. WSET training will be provided to the right candidate
- Email marketing and customer journey basics – training will be provided to the right candidate
