Our Dal Zotto Rosato 2025 is a vibrant expression of the King Valley, with a pale salmon hue and a nose full of rose petals, hibiscus, violets, and bright red berries. Crafted from sangiovese, Barbera and Nebbiolo grapes and matured for three months in stainless steel, it delivers a refreshing palate of sweet berry and floral flavours balanced by crunchy acidity. This crisp, aromatic wine is best served chilled and shines alongside crustaceans, burrata pasta, tuna Niçoise, grilled fish, or even a Maple Pecan Apple Tart.
