Full Time Restaurant + Cellar Door Role

We are looking for a hospitality professional with solid wine knowledge (and/or passion for wine) to work across our Trattoria and Cellar Door in Whitfield.  

Our Cellar Door is open 10am to 5pm seven days a week, and the Trattoria is open Wednesday to Sunday for lunch, and Friday nights for dinner. We also host events and functions in these spaces throughout the year.   

This is a full time position and ideally, you will work over a seven-day roster, including some weekends and public holidays.

About you: 

  • Keen to work in the King Valley and learn about our wonderful region 
  • Superb customer service and hospitality skills 
  • Basic wine knowledge, but more importantly a passion for wine 
  • Computer savvy and/or willing to learn and master new systems 
  • A working knowledge of the following systems would be highly regarded: Open Table, Lightspeed (Kounta), Rezdy, Vin Creative
